Moovo × Simpolo

How Did Moovo Turn Porcelain from a Static Product into Content That Reached 108K Views?
How do you create fresh, engaging content for a static product like porcelain?
That was one of the questions Moovo started with when we took over the digital content for Simpolo’s agent in Iraq. We didn’t want the brand’s platforms to become just another digital catalog showing a surface, its name and specifications, before moving on to the next product.
We saw a bigger opportunity: **to change the way audiences see the product itself.
Instead of asking customers to imagine what a porcelain surface would look like in their homes, we decided to help them see it.
The Challenge: Where Creativity Meets Accuracy
The Moovo team faced a challenge unlike many other content projects.
We had plenty of room for creativity, but at the same time, we were working with a product whose accuracy could not be compromised.
The real dimensions, pattern, color, and proportions of the tiles all needed to remain as close as possible to the actual product customers would find at the agent’s showroom.
So the goal was not simply to create a beautiful image.
The goal was to create a beautiful image that could help customers visualize the real product inside a real space.
From there, we developed a visual direction that allowed us to transform a single surface into a wide range of possibilities.
When AI Became Part of Moovo’s Creative Process
Instead of relying solely on photographing every surface across multiple locations and interior settings, we integrated artificial intelligence extensively into our production process.
We start with the original surfaces provided by the agent, then the Moovo team builds complete visual concepts and environments around them.
The same surface can appear in a living room, then a bathroom, then a kitchen, and then in an entirely different architectural setting.
But for us, using AI does not mean generating a random scene.
The real challenge is controlling the outcome: preserving the product’s characteristics, directing the scene, selecting the environment, refining the visual style, and ultimately transforming the result into content that serves a clear marketing objective.
In this way, artificial intelligence became a tool that expands our team’s creative capabilities—not a replacement for the idea itself.
34 Pieces of Content Every Month
Moovo built an ongoing content system for the project rather than a temporary campaign.
Every month, we produce 26 designs and 8 Reels, while also managing the accounts and publishing according to a monthly content plan across Instagram and Facebook.
That created another challenge:
How do you produce 34 pieces of content every month for one product category without everything starting to look the same?
The answer was to diversify the ideas, not just the designs.
Sometimes we focus on how the product looks when applied within a space. Other times, we highlight a technical feature, explore luxury, use visual storytelling, or move completely beyond what audiences would normally expect from porcelain content.
Even Porcelain Can Be Funny
One example was the Ninja video.
Instead of presenting the product’s features directly, we developed a concept with a light comedic tone designed to capture attention first, then introduce the porcelain’s features naturally within the story.
For Moovo, experiments like this reflect a fundamental principle of content creation:
A brand’s content does not have to behave the way everyone expects content from its industry to behave.
A porcelain brand can create luxurious, architectural, and educational content while still surprising its audience with something light, entertaining, and unexpected.
AI Alone Was Never the Answer
Despite our extensive use of artificial intelligence, we never abandoned real-world content.
The Moovo team continued using authentic videos from the showroom and of the actual products because we believe the strongest strategy is not choosing between AI or Reality.
It is knowing when to use each one.
We use AI when we want to expand creative possibilities and visualize concepts that would be difficult to produce traditionally every time. We use real-world footage when we want to strengthen trust and connect the visual world back to the actual product.
The result is content that combines inspiration with authenticity.
What Happened When We Changed the Way the Product Was Presented?
The audience started responding.
The follower base increased by 18.8%, while customer inquiries and showroom visits also grew.
But one result stood out even more clearly.
One of the Reels we created reached more than:
And all of that without paid promotion behind that specific piece of content.
For Moovo, the strength of this result is not just the number of views.
More importantly, it proved that a product that may initially seem limited in terms of content possibilities can become engaging and highly shareable when the idea behind its presentation changes.
We Don’t Change the Product. We Change the Way People See It.
That summarizes Moovo’s role in this project.
Our work was not simply about designing social media posts for a porcelain brand.
We built a creative direction, developed an ongoing content strategy, managed the platforms, combined artificial intelligence with real-world content, and transformed surfaces into spaces, stories, and ideas that audiences could engage with.
Because at Moovo, our work doesn’t begin with the question: What are we posting today?
It begins with a different question:
How can we make people see this product in a way they haven’t seen it before?
That is where creativity begins.
Moovo — We don't just show products. We change how people see them.
